My name is Dan O'Brien.   I founded APEX Acquisition Company to search for a small to medium-sized business, which evolved into a strategic pivot to franchising.  I entered into an area development agreement with Meineke Car Care Centers to open multiple locations throughout the San Antonio – New Braunfels region in Texas, and I am currently operating two successful franchise locations.

I am actively seeking to expand my portfolio of Meineke Car Care Centers—whether through the purchase of existing Meineke franchise locations or by acquiring existing independent auto repair businesses.
