Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I am passionate about learning new things and tackling new challenges. A long-standing interest in technology led me to pursue and earn an electrical engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After working as an engineer, I returned to the University of Illinois to obtain my law degree.
In 2008, I joined the Dallas office of Jones Day, one of the world's largest and highest ranked law firms. During my time at Jones Day, I led teams of lawyers of solving complex legal and technical problems for a diverse variety of Fortune 500 companies, including computer and smartphone manufacturers, automobile manufacturers and their Tier 1 suppliers, oil and gas exploration companies, semiconductor manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies.
While my experience working as a lawyer at a large law firm was rewarding, I realized I was looking for something more entrepreneurial. In 2018, I took a role on the executive team at Ultravision International, a company that manufactured LED displays and lights. I worked closely on a daily basis with the CEO, a serial entrepreneur, to learn the ins and outs of running a business. Now I am looking to apply everything I have learned in my career to running my own business.
Outside of work, I like to ski, watch Formula 1 racing, and occasionally drive my own race car in 24-hour long endurance races.
